Summary

The Fluux IEN Water Filter System has been specifically developed for commercial coffee machines, hot water boilers and beverage equipment where water quality and scale prevention are essential. Utilising advanced ion exchange resin technology, the IEN range reduces limescale build-up, stabilises pH levels and helps improve the taste and quality of filtered water.

By reducing chlorine, unpleasant tastes and odours, Fluux IEN filters help deliver cleaner, better-tasting water whilst protecting valuable equipment from scale-related damage and costly breakdowns. Designed with a simple quick-change cartridge system and automatic water shut-off feature, filter replacement is fast, clean and straightforward.

Available in multiple capacities to suit different water consumption requirements, the Fluux IEN range provides reliable filtration and long-lasting equipment protection for commercial espresso machines, bean-to-cup coffee machines, hot drink dispensers and water boilers.

Warranty
Warranty Information

We strongly recommend that all equipment is installed, commissioned and maintained by a suitably qualified engineer in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished machines supplied by Love Coffee Machines Ltd are covered by a two-month return-to-base warranty, commencing from the date shown on the sales invoice.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship arising under normal commercial use during the warranty period.

Replacement parts supplied under warranty are provided at the discretion of Love Coffee Machines Ltd following inspection and diagnosis of the reported fault.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover routine service items, consumables or faults arising from external causes, misuse, neglect or incorrect installation. Excluded items include, but are not limited to:

• Group seals and gaskets

• Steam arm seals

• Pump heads and water-lubricated components

• Routine servicing and maintenance requirements

The following circumstances are specifically excluded from warranty cover:

1. Limescale and Water Quality Issues

Damage or faults resulting from limescale build-up, poor water quality or inadequate water filtration. We strongly recommend the use of a suitable water filtration system, maintained and regenerated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

2. Incorrect Electrical Supply

Connection to an unsuitable electrical supply, incorrect voltage or electrical installation faults.

3. Power Surges and Electrical Spikes

Damage caused by fluctuations in electrical supply, surges or external electrical faults.

4. Operator Error

9. Incorrect Water Pressure

For plumbed machines, incoming water pressure must be maintained between 3 and 6 bar maximum. Damage caused by excessive or insufficient water pressure, including faults affecting solenoid valves or hydraulic components, is excluded from warranty cover. Where required, a pressure reducing valve should be fitted.

10. Contaminated Water Supply

Damage resulting from contaminated, untreated or otherwise unsuitable water supplies.

11. Accidental or Deliberate Damage

Any accidental damage, abuse, neglect, impact damage or deliberate misuse.

Making a Warranty Claim

In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, the machine must be returned to Love Coffee Machines Ltd for inspection and repair. Once repairs have been completed, the machine may either be collected from our premises or prepared for onward transportation.

Whilst we are able to assist in arranging transportation where required, all carriage costs associated with warranty claims remain the responsibility of the purchaser, including return and redelivery charges.

Third-Party Repairs

The warranty becomes void if repairs, modifications or diagnostic work are undertaken by any third-party engineer without prior written authorisation from Love Coffee Machines Ltd. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred through unauthorised repair work.

Transferability

Warranties are provided solely to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

Technical Support

Our technical knowledge of the equipment we supply is extensive, and many issues can often be resolved quickly without the need for a return. Before arranging a repair, we encourage customers to contact us for technical assistance, as faults can frequently be traced to simple causes such as blocked drain lines, water supply issues or operational settings. We are always happy to assist wherever possible.
