Warranty Information
We strongly recommend that all equipment is installed, commissioned and maintained by a suitably qualified engineer in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished machines supplied by Love Coffee Machines Ltd are covered by a two-month return-to-base warranty, commencing from the date shown on the sales invoice.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship arising under normal commercial use during the warranty period.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty are provided at the discretion of Love Coffee Machines Ltd following inspection and diagnosis of the reported fault.

The following circumstances are specifically excluded from warranty cover:

2. Incorrect Electrical Supply
Connection to an unsuitable electrical supply, incorrect voltage or electrical installation faults.
3. Power Surges and Electrical Spikes
Damage caused by fluctuations in electrical supply, surges or external electrical faults.

Where required, a pressure reducing valve should be fitted.
10. Contaminated Water Supply
Damage resulting from contaminated, untreated or otherwise unsuitable water supplies.

Whilst we are able to assist in arranging transportation where required, all carriage costs associated with warranty claims remain the responsibility of the purchaser, including return and redelivery charges.
Third-Party Repairs
The warranty becomes void if repairs, modifications or diagnostic work are undertaken by any third-party engineer without prior written authorisation from Love Coffee Machines Ltd. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred through unauthorised repair work.

Warranties are provided solely to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
Technical Support
Our technical knowledge of the equipment we supply is extensive, and many issues can often be resolved quickly without the need for a return. Before arranging a repair, we encourage customers to contact us for technical assistance, as faults can frequently be traced to simple causes such as blocked drain lines, water supply issues or operational settings. We are always happy to assist wherever possible.
